E Hoʻi Mai McDanielʻs

The McDaniels recently relocated from Oʻahu to California and they wanted to do photos with their boys in a place that is dear to their hearts. This is where they met, fell in love, got married, and started a family.  As they continue their legacy in a new land to call home,  Hawaiʻi will always have a deep seeded place in their hearts. And though their boys will be too young to have their own memories of their origins here, perhaps these photos can bring their parents bed time stories to life of their season of living in one of the most incredible places in the world (nope Iʻm not biased;) ).  Maybe one day as these cute little kamaʻāina boys will grow into men and dads, they will find themselves returning to put their grown footprints in familiar spots and swinging their keiki around in the same sand, and playing in the same waters that Rob and Gisele tossed them.  Thatʻs the beauty of Hawaiʻi — no matter where you end up, it is forever hīpuʻu to your naʻau/knit together to your heart.  Much love to the McDaniel ʻohana as you spread their roots to new soil- e hoʻi mai (return) soon!
